• Tote Packing System- We will lend you storage totes to pack daily essentials and store away before showings or events.

• All of the above services from the Basic Appeal Package included.
• Tote packing assistant- We will help pack your daily essential items for you and store them out of sight prior to home presentation.
• Light Touch Services- surface cleaning, dusting vacuuming and mopping of main focus areas (Kitchen, Living Room, Bathrooms) prior to showings or events. Excludes basements and garages/sheds.

• All of the above services of the Enhanced Appeal Package included.
• Light Touch Services for ALL rooms  in the home (surface cleaning, dusting vacuuming and mopping prior to showings or events. Excludes basements and garages/sheds.
• Includes up to 2 hours of on-site organization assistance in kitchen, closets and bathrooms. We will focus on decluttering key areas, maximizing counter, surface and closet space for a more spacious and inviting appearance.

A 50% deposit will be required upon booking consultation appointment.  Final payment will be due after completing the consultation.  The detailed written report will be sent after final payment.

Package prices reflect average service sessions and are subject to change based on size of home, number of rooms and/or level of organization required.
